  • Encounter with penguin friends (40 mins., no cell phone photos allowed)

  • Choose between a Slope Day Pass (for experienced skiers or snowboarders) or a 1-hour Discovery Lesson (for beginners).

  • Savor a hot chocolate drink and stay warm with hand warmers, regular clothing, equipment, jackets, trousers, socks, boots, and waterproof gloves provided.

  • Enjoy locker facilities.

  • To access your tickets, ensure your E-tickets or printed copies are handy.

  • Head to the ticketing counter and display your ticket to receive an entry wristband based on your booking option.

  • When you're prepared to enter, scan the wristband at the turnstiles.

  • Then, step into the venue and begin your unforgettable journey.

  • The provided gear includes ski/snowboard equipment, jackets, trousers, helmets, and other items.  Children under 13 years old must wear helmets while on the slopes.

  • To ride the Snow Bullet, children must be over eight years old, at least 125 cm tall, and weigh more than 30 kg. Adults should not exceed 120 kg.

  • The Penguin Encounter Area prohibits the use of mobile phones and cameras.

  • Food and beverage consumption is unavailable in designated areas, namely Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurants. Please verify the operational hours online before your visit date.

  • The Snow Daycation Pass includes optional activities, subject to availability. If an activity is unavailable on the visit date, guests can select another listed inclusion.
