1. Balloon flight operation facility at SkyDive Desert Drop Zone, Dubai.
   
   
2. Please bring an authentic ID (Passport or Government ID). Passengers must have ID to be allowed to fly.
   
   
3. Transfers are available from Dubai Marina Mall, Burjuman Mall, Deira City Centre, and Dubai Outlet Mall.

6. Hot air balloons can accommodate 10-28 passengers.
   
   
7. Pregnant women are not permitted to fly.
   
   
8. Children under five and adults over 80 are not allowed to fly. However, the pilot has the final say on passenger eligibility.
   
   
9. The facility strictly prohibits passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs from flying.
   
   
10. It is not for those with serious heart problems, severe knee or back pain, recent major surgeries, or fear of heights.
    
    
11. Mental health, emotional, and physical disabilities are not permitted.
    
    
12. All passengers must sign a declaration confirming they do not have health issues.
    
    
13. Shared transfer timings may change due to traffic and location.
